About Cut to the Core

On Friday, October 29 NCPP and our sponsors will host a celebration of delicious, healthy food with a culinary competition and vendor expo.  This event will be held at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC.

Hospitals are leaders in prevention and have demonstrated their impressive commitment to the health of their employees and community through the Healthy NC Hospitals project. 

Now that the hard work of improving menus, redesigning marketing materials and using pricing incentives is done, it is time to celebrate the successful promotion of delicious, affordable, and healthy food with a culinary competition!
