Tobacco-Free Property Policy

How do I get started?

A tobacco-free property policy is key to helping your employees and patients quit the use of tobacco.

First, ask your CEO or President to sign the Executive Commitment for Adopting a Corporate Culture of Wellness form. This form will secure corporate endorsement of your tobacco-free property policy efforts and help you to identify the right people for your team.

Next, review the Twelve-Month Timeline, a resource available through WorkHealthy AmericaSM. This tool will guide you step-by-step through the development and implementation of a tobacco-free property policy. This is just one of numerous tools available in the Tobacco Toolbox in WorkHealthy AmericaSM.

The Tobacco Toolbox provides a wealth of resources to help you develop a tobacco-free property policy and gives employees and patients the best opportunity to become tobacco-free and begin a healthier lifestyle.
