WorkHealthy AmericaSM is NC Prevention Partners’ signature product. It is an employer-targeted health prevention program built on 4 areas of focus: Culture of Wellness (leadership strategy), Tobacco environment, Nutrition and Physical Activity policies and practices. The program can be scaled to any size organization.
Employers start with an online survey. They receive baseline grades based on their wellness policies, benefits, and environments for Tobacco, Nutrition and Physical Activity. Additionally customized data reports, including a comparison to businesses of the same size, industry, and geographic region are generated. If desired, there is also access to the WorkHealthy America resource toolboxes and tailored action plans that serve as road maps to creating healthy workplace policies.
The product is available as a one-year or multiyear licensing opportunity. A business can either individually sign-up or learn more about participating in one of our Community Prevention Academy classes.
