- Healthy NC Hospitals - NCPP is helping hospitals statewide establish quit-tobacco systems and healthy food policies to make NC hospitals even healthier for employees, patients and visitors.
- WorkHealthy AmericaSM - Worksite wellness offers a low-cost and effective way to improve your bottom line. Assess your organization's wellness policies and access resources to improve your employees' health, including tailored reports, hundreds of tools, and how-to webinars.
- Zone Health - The Zone Health program helps schools improve their nutrition and physical activity environments to give students, faculty and staff more opportunities to eat healthy food, be physically active and improve their overall health.
- Working Well SC - Working Well is a collaborative effort between NC Prevention Partners and the South Carolina Hospital Association to improve the health and wellbeing of South Carolina hospital employees, though a focus on physical activity, nutrition and tobacco use.
- NYC Hospitals Tobacco Free Campaign - The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygeine is using WorkHealthy America, in conjunction with our other technical assistance offerings, to implement best practices related to employee tobacco cessation programs and in-patient assessment and treatment for tobacco use.
- Prevention Rx - Prevention Rx is a program for healthcare providers who want to talk about prevention with their patients, but need help getting started. Our Starting the Conversation tools give providers an easy way to talk to every patient about healthy behaviors.
- Winner's Circle Healthy Dining - Winner's Circle is a healthy dining partnership with local communities, restaurants, schools and food industry partners that makes it easier for people to identify healthy foods when eating out.
- Quit Now NC! - Quit Now NC! is a communication hub and educational tool for healthcare professionals focused on tobacco cessation.
