The NC Good Health Directory is a comprehensive directory of affordable, evidence-based wellness resources. This searchable database is organized by county and includes healthcare providers, programs, hospitals, and clinics.

• If you are looking for local organizations, the Directory can point you towards community resources that will help you to eat healthy, be physically active, and quit tobacco use.
• If you are a healthcare professional, the Directory can help you identify services, vendors, and resources for your patients in their community.

NC Prevention Partners (NCPP) reserves the right to exclude requests for inclusion in the Directory, and determines eligibility based upon the following criteria:

1. Without exception, resources must represent evidence-based strategies that are high quality and affordable.
2. Resources must be located in North Carolina.
3. Government, non-profit, and hospital resources that meet criteria #1 and #2 listed above will be included at no charge.
4. Private clinicians, companies, and commercial programs may be listed for a fee provided they meet criteria #1 and #2 listed above. The annual fee per listing is $75.00. Companies and programs with multiple sites or locations may list up to five locations for this price. For more than five locations under the same listing, please contact us.

In an effort to make appropriate recommendations to the public, we require that all resources are supported by current scientific evidence. Please send materials demonstrating that your program adheres to recognized guidelines such as those set forth by the following entities:

• Office of the Surgeon General (www.surgeongeneral.gov)
• U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (www.ahrq.gov/clinic/uspstfix.htm)
