The Preventive Benefits Profile is a web-based listing of the preventive health insurance benefits offered by NC private and public health plans. Currently, NC Prevention Partners tracks counseling and medication benefits for tobacco use, physical activity, nutrition, obesity, hypertension and cholesterol management, cancer, diabetes, and pre-diabetes. Listings refer to the most popular benefits packages, as well as other riders, access products, incentives, or discount programs offered by each of the health insurers. The Profile is regularly updated to keep track of the major insurers' latest products and benefits.
